On December 3, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities was commemorated, with the firm purpose of promoting their inclusion in all areas, the Triangle Foundation together with the Public Company Correos del Ecuador presented the Postal Issue “Christmas 2019 is inclusion” .

The postal issue, composed of images from Christmas card designs made by the children of the Foundation, writes a page in the history of the Postal System.

The authors of these drawings and paintings internalized the meaning of Christmas, from a wonderful naive look that makes it possible to make visible the purity that should always remain in this spiritual celebration. In addition, the unveiling of the postal issue was part of the celebration for the 25th Anniversary of the institutional life of Fundación El Triángulo, a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of people with intellectual disabilities.

For his part, the General Manager of CDE EP, Ing, Mauro Intriago, commented that the objective is to promote the rights and well-being of people with disabilities in all areas of society. In addition, he extended his thanks to all those who are part of the Foundation, for promoting and promoting inclusion, through our postal stamps that immortalize the thinking of a nation and who will travel to destinations within the country and the world.

In addition, he thanked our governing body, the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society, for the support provided.
