Philatelic Collector Inc. (PCi) is headquartered in Sag Harbor, New York, U.S.A. Since August 2010, it has been the agent responsible for the stamps of the Cook Islands including Aitutaki, Penrhyn and Rarotonga. It is also the agency that produces stamps for Samoa and Tonga. In mid-2021, the company added Vanuatu to their list of clients.
Compared to other agencies, PCi releases relatively few issues but the topics rarely have anything to do with the territories whose names appear on the stamps. Most stamps, souvenir sheets and miniature sheets appear in both perforated and imperforate varieties. For the stamps released so far in 2021, they have not provided any actual issuance dates; they are listed below as “TBD” or “to be determined”.
